A Cambodia-Born Group

Established in 2014, JS Group is principally engaged in the development of condominiums and was among the industry pioneers in the affordable lifestyle condominium industry in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Founded by a group of entrepreneurs from Cambodia, Malaysia & Hong Kong, with a broad range of experiences in property, hotels & industrial development both in Cambodia and in the region, the group has successfully launched several developments in the heart of Phnom Penh.
Combining their diverse experiences, JS Group has risen through the ranks of prominent and award-winning property developers in Cambodia. The group was the pioneer to introduce affordable condominium projects in Phnom Penh, mainly focusing on Sen Sok district—a growing and modernizing district in the northwest of Phnom Penh's city centre.

2014Established
JS Group Founding
Founding of JS Group and incorporation of JS Land PLC, launching real estate development operations in Phnom Penh.
2015Project Launch
Launch of "The Garden Residency"
Successfully launched our first residential project, The Garden Residency—introducing the affordable lifestyle condominium concept to the local market.
2017Expansion
Formation of JS Property International
Recognized growing demand for commercial space and founded JS Property International to spearhead commercial and hospitality developments.
2019Milestone
Handover of "The Garden Residency" & Launch of "Chief Tower"
Completed and handed over The Garden Residency project. Successfully launched Chief Tower (JS Tower), an iconic mixed-use commercial skyscraper in BKK1.
2020Launch
Launch of "The Garden Residency II"
Officially launched our second residential development, The Garden Residency II, in the thriving Sen Sok district.
2022CSX Listed
Public Listing on Cambodia Securities Exchange
Converted into a public limited company and successfully listed on the growth board of the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX: JSL) on 10 February 2022.
2023Handover
Handover of "The Garden Residency II"
Completed and successfully handed over The Garden Residency II in September 2023. The project won the PropertyGuru Award 2023 for Best Affordable Condo Development.
2024Completed
Handover of "JS Tower" (Chief Tower)
Completed construction and commenced handover of the mixed-use skyscraper JS Tower in BKK1 district, introducing global hospitality and dining brands to Cambodia.
